Send a clear model example.
For a calculation, display, explanation or accessibility issue, email yardfill.helpful594@aleeas.com. This is the existing verified shared public forwarding alias for the free-tool portfolio. It is not a newly created dedicated Falloffnote mailbox. There is no contact form, sign-in or automatic diagnostic upload on this website.
Details that help
Include the old and new source-to-subject distances, the common unit, which output you read and what you expected. A small invented example is suitable for checking arithmetic. If you are comparing another reference, include its title, model assumptions and relevant equation or page. Relative illuminance at a subject and luminous intensity of a source are different quantities, so their labels matter.
For a visual issue, describe the browser, approximate window width and affected field, label or control. A screenshot is optional. Crop unrelated tabs, account names, messages and private material before sending it. A precise description of a focus, contrast, wrapping or reset issue can be more useful than a large attachment.
The declared scope
Falloffnote uses an ideal point-source model with fixed emitted output, direction and receiver orientation, and no extra light or intervening losses. It does not measure or calibrate a real source. Extended lights, bounce, reflections and other scene details are outside the calculation. A difference from a real lighting setup does not alone establish a defect in the stated model.
This page does not offer camera, flash dial, electrical-power or safety recommendations. Support can review its arithmetic, scope, wording and interface without private equipment specifications or account access. Do not send passwords or confidential project details. Email may be retained while a report is reviewed; no response time or individual lighting consultation is promised.
The guide explains exact fractions and approximate stops, while the worked examples clarify signs. Recalculate after an edit before copying notes so the report describes the current result.
